A little about the role

  • This is a hands on role working across multiple sites performing general maintenance tasks providing general repair and both reactive and planned maintenance, including:
  • Repairing / replacing locks, doors, furniture, light globes, leaking taps, general plumbing, patching holes and painting
  • Maintain gardens which includes mowing, weeding and weed spraying, edging, pruning and trimming trees
  • Maintain guttering and fascia's ensuring gutters and downpipes are working effectively
  • Removal of waste and litter from building grounds
  • Ensuring buildings are compliant to code and assisting staff and site leaders through maintenance requests

About you
This role is a hands on mobile role working with all areas of our business. A high level of energy, enthusiasm, sense of urgency and good communication skills are required for this role. Previous experience in a general building maintenance and/or grounds maintenance would be preferred. A qualification in a related trade discipline is desirable but not essential. A full drivers licence and requirement to work across all DPV Health sites is a requirement for this role.
