Located in the Sydney South Western suburbs, we have 3 amazing dental practices that are fully equipped with all the latest technology.

Our branches are located in Green Valley, Bonnyrigg and Edensor Park.

You will:

  • Have at least 1 year of previous customer service/reception experience (dental experience is beneficial but not essential)
  • Be presentable and professional
  • Be able to take initiative and work independently as well as in a team
  • Be reliable, punctual and can work independently
  • Have the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
  • Takes on criticism
  • Enjoy meeting new people, and have excellent communication, phone manner and interpersonal skills, with an outgoing personality
  • Be computer savvy
  • Have experience in using Exact dental software would be ideal
Your duties will include (but not be limited to):

  • Reception and telephone duties
  • Coordination of the appointment books
  • Liaising between patients, clinicians, suppliers, dental labs etc
  • General admin responsibilities
  • Maintaining the appearance of our reception and waiting rooms
