YOUR ROLE

As a Retail assistant, you will be involved in the face to face customer service, picking and packing customer orders, responding to customer enquires over the phone and in the showroom.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Collect customer orders via phone, internet and face to face
  • Cash/bank card payments handling
  • Filling and restocking shelves
  • Housekeeping in the showroom
