About your role

We are looking for a Candidate Manager to join our Randstad Digital team in Melbourne CBD. This is a unique opportunity for someone who is looking to kick start their career in technology recruitment. Come onboard and be a partner for talent in the data and BI space. This position presents outstanding learning, earning and career growth opportunities.

Responsibilities include

  • Resourcing candidates
  • Supporting account managers with sourcing
  • Being market sector expert within the data & BI recruitment space
  • Nurture and grow candidate relationships
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies
  • Talent pooling

What you will need to succeed

We are looking for a driven, outgoing Candidate Manager who is passionate about delivering the best service to clients and candidates in a consultative style. You'll have a can-do and positive outlook and be able to successfully work with stakeholders.

  • Recruitment, sales, retail or hospitality experience
  • You value relationships and understand the importance of it
  • Proactive and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • You like working closely with your team as well as independently
  • Target driven and self managed
  • Resilience to deal with fast paced, competitive market sector
