Job Description:


As a Front of House All Rounder, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring that our customers have a memorable and delightful experience from the moment they walk in.

Your versatile role will involve a variety of tasks, from interacting with customers and taking orders to assisting with basic food preparation and maintaining a clean and inviting atmosphere.


Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers with a warm and friendly demeanour, creating a positive first impression.
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, utilising our pointofsale system.
  • Assist with food assembly and presentation to ensure a visually appealing display.
  • Keep the frontofhouse area clean, organised, and wellstocked at all times.
  • Engage with customers to answer questions about our menu, ingredients, and offerings.
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
  • Help maintain a comfortable and inviting ambience by ensuring tables and seating areas are tidy.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless communication between frontofhouse and kitchen staff.
  • Assist with occasional tasks as needed, including restocking supplies and supporting colleagues.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fastpaced environment.
  • Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
  • Enthusiasm for providing exceptional customer service and exceeding expectations.
  • Attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean and organised work area.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
