Expressions of interest are sought from enthusiastic, highly motivated Registered Nurses who have a passion for providing service excellence and would like to join our General surgical ward with proven experience in General Surgical wards, Colorectal or Oncology. Flinders Private Hospital is a private not-for-profit 152 bed hospital which offers a range of specialties including cardiology, cardiothoracic surgery, ENT surgery, general medicine, general surgery, gynaecology, neurosurgery, orthopaedics, plastic & reconstructive surgery, oncology and urology. Flinders Private Hospital has 9 operating theatres, a procedure room, 3 angiography labs, an Infusion Suite, a 24/7 Cardiac Emergency Service and a 10 bed level 3 critical care unit.

Essential Criteria:

· South Australian DHS Working with Children Clearance

· Current AHPRA Registration

· Ability to lead by example, demonstrating the professionalism and culture of Flinders Private Hospital

· Committed to continuous quality improvement

· Committed to provision of quality Nursing care, Education and customer service

· Experience in General Surgical Nursing

· Proven communication and interpersonal skills

· Demonstrated understanding of National Safety and Quality Service Standards, ACHA policies and procedures

· Proven ability to effectively manage under pressure with competing demands

· Ability to work flexible hours

If you are successful, you will receive a salary based on your years of relevant nursing experience against the current nursing Enterprise Agreement the "Adelaide Community Healthcare Alliance (ACHA) & Australian Nursing and Midwifery Federation (ANMF) South Australian Branch – Nurses' & Midwives – Enterprise Agreement – 'Agreement' or 'Enterprise Agreement')" (salaries range between $31.07-$53.49 per hour).
