The Role


Reporting to the AR/Billing Manager join this high performing and close-knit Finance team with supportive management based 100% at their Eastern suburbs office.

The business will be undergoing a system integration in the next 12 months.

Role/responsibilities will entail the following;

  • Daily processing of customer billing weekly/monthly
  • Investigating/resolving invoicing discrepancies
  • Resolving issues to facilitate payment
  • Investigating credit claims
  • Assisting with central mailbox
  • Assist with end of month tasks as set by Billing Manager
