Responsibilities

In general, your responsibilities would include the following:
Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor assigned engineering projects.
Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications.
Interact daily with clients to interpret their needs and requirements and represent them in the field.
Perform overall quality control of the work (budget, schedule, plans, project team's performance) and report regularly on project status.
Assign responsibilities and mentor the project team.
Cooperate and communicate effectively with Project Manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions as required.

Requirements
You will be a motivated and proactive engineer with the right combination of energy and commitment to learning.
You will bring your perspective and skills to diverse projects, and have ambition to design your own career path.

You will also have:
A degree in Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
Minimum of 7 years experience delivering civil infrastructure projects.
Local Queensland and/or TMR experience is preferable.
An ability to manage project teams to solve problems, drive health and safety culture and produce quality outcomes.
Strong interpersonal skills to liaise positively with key stakeholders to ensure delivery of innovative client solutions.
Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.
Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards.
Ability to work with multi-disciplinary projects.
