Your Responsibilities Lead and inspire our
ITInfrastructure team to solve complex problems.
Optimize operational activities to maximize efficiency.
Build and maintain key relationships with stakeholders.
Ensure the stability and security of our infrastructure.
Drive
ITprojects to completion and manage all stakeholder and vendor relationships.
Lead a team of four desktop support team members, and one systems engineer.
About you Strong technical expertise in
ITinfrastructure management.

Have previous operations experience, or we will consider candidates with substantial
ITinfrastructure knowledge who have a positive, forward thinking, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A proactive leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Experience leading teams and driving results.
Passion for technology and innovation.

You will have the ability to manage working with European time zones and be able to accommodate occasional meetings that often conclude at 8pm (AEST/UTC+10).

Your Qualifications Tertiary degree in a relevant discipline.
ITIL v3 Foundation or greater.
Prince 2 methodology for Project Management.5+ years of experience managing Infrastructure teams.
Technical expertise in Microsoft Windows OS and VMWare v Sphere/ESXi.
Understanding and experience working with an ERP system.
Knowledge of cyber security principles and enterprise-level controls.
Experience in vendor and contract management.
