The ROLE:


As a key player in our team, the Restaurant Manager will oversee the daily operations, ensuring the seamless delivery of our high-quality offerings.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Knowledge of industry trends, culinary innovations, and a genuine passion for delivering an exceptional dining experience
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and lead a diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational, problemsolving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to manage budgeting, sales forecasting, and cost controls
  • Experience in restaurantlevel marketing strategies is a PLUS but not required
  • Understanding of food safety standards and regulations
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
