ABOUT THE ROLE


Due to an increase of available projects, our client has a variety of contract and permanent roles available in both Melbourne Metro and regional Victoria.

These clients work across health-care, construction, education and other commercial spaces to provide a range of services.
These roles would be best suited for those having fully completed their education.
Training provided for assessment methodology and data capture software.

IDEAL CANDIDATES

  • Be able to work independently and autonomously.
  • Will work between multiple sites

Key responsibilities and duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough assessments of commercial buildings.
  • Identify and report on asset defects
  • Identify building materials and various building elements.
  • Create and maintain asset lists and asset management plans
  • Working collaboratively to ensure accuracy and quality of work is maintained at all times

To be successful, you will have the following:

  • Current Working with Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • Previous experience with building inspections
  • Attention to detail and proven ability to write high quality and considered reports
  • Professional attitude and ability to work autonomously or as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills


The successful Building Auditors will have the opportunity for further skills training, to be a part of a proven team and be exposed to various sites across Victoria.
