Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting a top-performing Director
  • Establishing community connections
  • Conducting open inspections
  • Strategic prospecting and networking
  • Performing follow-up calls
  • Engaging with vendors, buyers, and solicitors
  • Developing targeted mailouts
  • Coordinating inspections
  • Assisting in advertising tasks

The Candidate:

We are seeking a results-oriented individual with exceptional attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the capability to handle various responsibilities efficiently. Prior experience in Real Estate is a must - either as a Leasing Consultant, Property Manager, or Sales Associate aiming to advance in the field. Our perfect candidate will possess:

  • A current Certificate of Registration
  • Access to a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities
  • A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Thorough knowledge of the local area
  • Confidence and a mature approach to work
