The Opportunity

Operations Supervisor in Cleanaway no two days are the same Be prepared for a little bit of this and a little bit of that from managing your driving team to speaking with customers interacting with the sales team you will enjoy the variety

  • Coordinate and schedule day to day operations of drivers runs
  • Consult with line management in the development and management of operational targets
  • Ensure all pre-start, post-run, and minor day to day maintenance tasks are carried out on all equipment
  • Lead high level of customer service within the collection teams, investigate and resolve and service issues
  • Drive operational efficiencies within the team, continual review and improvement of collection runs and service delivery
  • Manage and prepare detailed reports
  • Lead performance management investigations and outcome

About You

You ideally will have a logistics background with HR licence would be advantageous

  • Be approachable, have good people skills
  • Experience in a supervisory role
  • Exposure to and knowledge of comprehensive safety management systems
  • Moderate experience within the transport / waste / logistics and recycling industries desirable
  • Knowledge of HSE and environmental legislation and ability to work independently
  • Intermediate excel and Word experience
