We are thrilled to be involved in the journey of helping RayGen scale up their business over the coming months, facilitating growth and building the team's capability to deliver large-scale, world-first engineering projects.


As a result of project demand, we're currently seeking an O&M Manager to oversee processes and teams supporting their projects.


Responsibilities

  • Developing, implementing, and overseeing an Operations & Maintenance framework for current and future projects
  • Dayday management of site operations & maintenance function
  • Monitoring and managing O&M cost expenditure.
  • Actively managing escalations from field staff to Head Office experts
  • Reviewing work quality of O&M team

Requirements:

  • 5 years' experience within an Operations and Maintenance function
  • Demonstrated leadership and managerial experience
  • Ability to influence teams across multiple locations nationally
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding stakeholder management ability
