About My Client They have strong relationships with their clients and have a lot of household brand name clients in the food and wine, manufacturing, and other niche markets that the DXCs etc of this world don't bother with.

They are currently enjoying a record number of tickets, not due to things going wrong, just due to the number of customers they have brought on.

There are two offices one at Tonsley with free onsite parking, and one in the city.
The team gets on well, go to the pub for lunch regularly and enjoy what they do.
They enjoy paid overtime if they must work out of hours and of course on weekends.
They have a lot of people who have been there a long time, there hasn't been much turnover.
They also have developers who make bespoke apps for clients.
About The Role You'll be part of a 30-year-old established business that continues to evolve and grow.
Provide Level 2 technical support via phone, email, remote desktop, and, in person.
Engage with technology in diverse environments involving servers, networking, security, and Microsoft Suite of products.
Maintain client systems, workstations, servers, and networks, ensuring optimal performance, ironclad security, and efficient backups.
Embrace our customer-first values, managing requests and support tickets with speed, accuracy, and crystal-clear communication.
Create and provide essential documentation, crafting a roadmap for others to follow.
Solve internet/IT conundrums and escalate them when necessary.
Log faults and tickets with meticulous attention to detail.
Deliver on complex projects to a diverse range of customers.
Thrive in a collaborative team environment, bringing your unique skills to the table.

Desired Skills & Experience Excellent spoken English Minimum of 3 years practical experience in the same role Strong troubleshooting skills with Azure and Office 365 are a must.

Proven experience with Windows Servers, Azure, Office 365, Share Point, Exchange, Networks and Virtual environments Good understanding of Intune Networking experience with HP, Cisco, Fortinet, Ubiquiti, Aruba is an advantage Cybersecurity experience will be an advantage.
