As an Early Childhood Teacher, you'll inspire a love of learning in children and foster their development through purposeful, intentional teaching practices that are delivered with creativity and energy. You will build meaningful relationships with families, so each child has a strong sense of belonging that supports them to thrive. Your love of teaching will be reflected in how you mentor and guide educational practices in your room, and in your work with the broader centre leadership team to develop, review, and implement high-quality early learning programs, to ensure you're achieving optimal outcomes for children.

About Goodstart Beaudesert Eaglesfield Street is a lovely 75-placement centre where we actively embrace the relaxed and slower-paced lifestyle of the rural community in which we situated. We have very large outdoor facilities which reflect our local community. We aim to provide the highest quality care through our child-centred programs, and are committed to educating every child as an indivdual.

You'll need:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood or equivalent qualification (ACECQA approved)

OR

Qualification in Primary or Secondary education, Diploma or Cert 3 in Children's Services along with QLD Teacher Registration

  • Current QLD Working with Children Check and First Aid qualification

If you have previous experience as Teacher in a school or early learning environment, or similar, then we want to meet you
