WeKare Disability Services is seeking to employ a Disability Support Worker skilled in speaking _
Mandarin_, for the ongoing support (primarily) of a specific female participant in Noble Park VIC. The participant will only accept _
female _supports and enjoys going into the community for various activities. Kilometers travelled will be reimbursed per km. WeKare has available ongoing work with additional participants, if additional hours are required by the applicant.

A high level of competency, initiative reliability and autonomy is required for this position.

The position is casual and ongoing with some flexibility in hours.

Mandatory Qualifications are required for this role

  • Cert III, IV in Disability or Aged Care Services
  • National/International Police Check
  • Working With Children Check
  • NDIS Screening Check
  • First Aid Certificate (incl. resuscitation)
  • Valid Driver's License and Access to an insured vehicle.
  • Proof of Covid-19 Vaccination status.
  • Introduction to the NDIS training module certificate.


The position requires the responsible delivery of a variety of support services such as; community participation and access, monitoring behaviour and the administration of medication.

Additional training may be provided by WeKare, as required, to meet participant needs.
