Due to ongoing success and growth, this leading supplier to the commercial construction industry is looking to expand it's team.

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Data Entry Admin Assistant to join our Accounts team.

In this diverse role, you will utilise your existing organisational, time management and communication skills to manage day-to-day administration duties and provide ongoing support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Update database and monitor activity
  • Previous experience in Accounts Receivables/Payable or a related field
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Be first point of contact for customer queries
  • Relationship building & customer correspondence
  • Monitor and update customer information
  • Read and approve customer requests
  • Assist in the preparation of reports
  • Audit daily customer activity
  • Approve new customer accounts
  • General administration duties, as directed by senior management
