We are currently seeking a Stock Control & Administration Clerk to join our Stock Control team at Campbelltown.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Creating and maintaining new vehicle stock records within our DMS
  • Maintaining accurate records of all vehicles in stock, including locations and status
  • Organising vehicle swaps with other dealers
  • Processing Retail Delivery Advice's (RDA's)
  • Coordinating vehicle transportation
  • Registration for New, Used & Demo vehicles across multiple brands
  • Ensuring compliance with registration guidelines
  • Responding promptly and professionally to emails, queries, and requests
  • Handling general administrative tasks

What we are looking for:

  • Well-organized with the ability to prioritize work effectively
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Attention to detail, punctuality, and reliability
  • Capability to build strong relationships internally and externally
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Quick thinking and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of Era Power is a plus, training will be provided
