The key responsibilities and duties:

  • Supervise ground handling operations and ensure the safety of passengers and ontime arrival and departures of flights.
  • Assist passengers during the checkin, departure and arrival process in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Attend passenger's special needs.
  • Comply with all safety procedures and airline policies
  • Handle administrative and office support tasks
  • Other duties as requested

Profile

In order to be considered for this role you will have the following key attributes, skills and strengths:

  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Japanese language skills a great advantage but not a must.
  • Interest in Japan, Japanese culture or language is a must.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills
  • Selfmotivated and a great team player
  • Previous experience in a similar role in the airline industry will be highly regarded
  • Must be physically fit to perform the duties of the job
  • Work hours are 7.5 hours shifts (30min break) between 6:30am 11:00pm.
  • Shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Must be able to work extended hours when required
