This is a temporary full-time position from 08 July 2024 until 13 December 2024, unless otherwise determined.

Rosella Park School is a Special School located in Gladstone.

About the Role

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Be futures oriented and strategic;
Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling especially in relation to students with disability;
Ability to drive the school's explicit improvement agenda;
Set high standards for student and staff performance;
Engage in data analysis to support teachers in behavioural support processes;
Effectively lead complex case management processes in collaboration with families, therapists and external providers;
Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
