PPM Electrical Engineer

18 Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for an experienced PPM Engineer in the Westminster area on a 3 month contract.


Duties include:

  • Undertaking building maintenance and small electric al works. PPM's to be undertaken are, but not limited to, clamp testing emergency light testing, L8, fabric checks etc. (Full training to be provided)
* undertaking PPM's such as Emergency Light Tests, Tap Temps and other minor PPM'

  • Required to Travel on TFL underground network to visit buildings in zones 1-9 to deliver basic planned maintenance to a large portfolio of commercial buildings from shops to arches or common areas. (full training to be provided)

Rate:
- £24 p/h PAYE Umb, Travel card is provided

Looking for an ASAP Start.
