1 Introduction
1.1 Background

  • The Security and Interoperability Delivery Branch (SIDB) enhances ICT security for the Single Information Environment and develops the interoperability and functionality with coalition partners, other government organizations, and accredited industry partners.
  • SIDB has responsibility for the delivery of subprograms and projects under various capability programs, under the Directorate of Network Convergence (DNC), including the Interoperability Program (IOP).
  • The DNC currently has an IOP Projects Team to provide Support to all projects within Network Convergence. The team assists DNC in programmatic and technical capacities as and where required and the Contract is delivered on a Time and Materials Basis. ICT Services.
  • The DNC now has a requirement for a Technical Support Services (TSS) Team to provide support to all projects within the Directorate.
1.2 Scope

  • The Directorate of Network Convergence requires a Supplier to provide support to all projects within the Directorate.
  • The Supplier must provide the following Specified Personnel to undertake the Services:

Warfighting Platform Services - Infrastructure Technical SME SINT 5
The Warfighting Platform Services - Infra Technical SME will:

  • Develop technical documentation in an area of specialty, to support the wider WNA design.
  • Contribute to the design and development of solutions for complex on premise and hybrid systems.
  • Support the technical lead in all matters.
  • Participate in various capability forums to help develop work packages for the team.
  • Contribute to the technical baseline for Platform services.
  • Contribute to project and program reporting as required.

2 Reporting
The Supplier must deliver the following key reports (not limited to) as detailed in the IOP Delivery Governance Framework:
(i) DNC Dashboard - Weekly;
(ii) HICTO Update - Weekly;
(iii) SISDB Weekly update - Weekly;
(iv) Talking Points - As required;
(v) Project Status and Performance Reports - Monthly;
(vi) Deep Dive Presentations - Monthly; and

(vii) CIO Quarterly Report - Quarterly.



Security Clearance:
Must have a Negative Vetting Level 1 or Negative Vetting Level 2
