Accounts Administrator/officer

Part time, fixed term contract:

20 November - 16 February (public holiday work not required):
4 days per week (9:00am- 5:00pm):
$40.00 p/hr + depending on skills and experience
Tasks and responsibilities of the role include:
- Reconciliations (bank, credit cards, prepayments, accruals, other)
- Process expenses; preparation of expense reports
- Cash management: interbank transfers, weekly cash reports
- Liaising with managers on reports; answering account queries
- Assist financial accountant on month end activities
- Problem solving/analysis using excel and general ledger enquiry
Who are we looking for?
Someone who has:
- Experience with completing reconciliations
- Basic accounting experience is preferred (not essential)
- Proficient in using Excel
- High level computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team and liaise directly with internal stakeholders
