  • 4 days per week (9:00am
  • 5:00pm):

$40.00 p/hr + depending on skills and experience

Tasks and responsibilities of the role include:

  • Reconciliations (bank, credit cards, prepayments, accruals, other)
  • Process expenses; preparation of expense reports
  • Cash management: interbank transfers, weekly cash reports
  • Liaising with managers on reports; answering account queries
  • Assist financial accountant on month end activities
  • Problem solving/analysis using excel and general ledger enquiry

Who are we looking for?

Someone who has:

  • Experience with completing reconciliations
  • Basic accounting experience is preferred (not essential)
  • Proficient in using Excel
  • High level computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and liaise directly with internal stakeholders
