Providore on Hastings is a well established Cafe & Gourmet Grocery Store located at the entry to Netanya Noosa Resort on Hastings Street.
We are looking for an experienced Supervisor with great coffee knowledge to help lead our team
What we look for?
- Proven skills in a similar hospitality role with a minimum of 2 years Barista experience including coffee art
- Excellent communication skills
- Food and Safety knowledge
- Work well under pressure whilst maintaining a calm decorum
- Flexibility in hours and work days required
A typical day?
- Support the growth and development of the Providore on Hastings product to maintain the highest brand standards ensuring consistency in service
- Assist in the daytoday operations of the cafe & grocery store
- Provide excellent customer service, specialising in the promotion of products and services
- Training of new employees, ensuring policies and procedures are followed
- Understand and maintain stock levels including, rotation, product placement & presentation
- Accountability for till, reporting and cash handling procedures
- Ensure all areas are clean and tidy at all times, both front and back of house
- Serving of customers including preparation of coffees, beverages and basic food prep
