The role will reporting to the Administration and Finance Manager

The role will require the Accounts Receivable Officer to complete these key responsibilities:

  • Enter daily cash receipts against invoices and sales orders
  • Prepare & maintain monthly debtor spreadsheet
  • Follow end of month AR/ admin processes
  • Provide backup and administrative support to Accounts and Administration Department.
Previous experience working within the manufacturing sector is advantageous.

The office is located 30 minutes from the Melbourne CBD, with public transport a short distance from the office.
