Your New Role:

As the Club Manager, your role will be focusing on driving business, whilst creating a fun and motivating environment for both members and the team. You will lead a close team consisting of personal trainers, front desk and support staff. Your duties will include:

• Conduct team training sessions
• Assist in hiring new staff for the club
• Build and retain strong relationships with club members
• Run creative marketing campaigns to attract new club members
• Address member feedback and concerns promptly and effectively

    About You:

    • Experience in a management role in a Gym or Retail store
    • Excellent communication skills and an upbeat, social personality
    • Intermediate MS Office
