Salary: $130,000 to $140,000 + Super negotiable

About the Company:
Our client is a high-growth tech scale-up based in Fortitude Valley (Brisbane) operating in a dynamic industry. They are seeking a Head of Finance to join their team and drive financial success in a challenging and rewarding environment.
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, manage multiple entities, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will play a crucial role in driving financial strategy and contributing to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
- Oversee multiple entities and ensure accurate and compliant financial management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop financial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and implement necessary controls.
- Provide strategic financial guidance and analysis to support decision-making.
- Assist Team on Administration duties to assist and compile documentation to our external accountants relating to ATO /ASIC lodgements.
- Review and Ensure tax compliance obligations are met including BAS, OSR, Superannuation, and PAYG.
- Lead and mentor finance team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Work in office 5 days a week
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance; CPA or CA in Australia
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role, managing multiple entities.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, regulations, and best practices.
- Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
