Respond to customer enquiries promptly.
Process customer orders for RLC Business Unit using Oracle.
Raise and track credit requests.
Respond to requests for prepared quotations for Dealers.
Provide back up to other sales administrators as required during times of leave or in peak
periods.
Determine and maintain appropriate stock levels in conjunction with sales managers.
Co-ordinate all deliveries for Dealers and other customers.
Maintain customer data base to ensure accurate recall of relevant information.
Assist in updating of product information catalogues and data.
Assist with the preparation of promotional activities.
Assist with efficient office operations by the provision of office services.
