The opportunity:
We are looking for an Analyst/ Senior Analyst to join our Corporate Finance division. You will be part of a high performing, knowledgeable team who are committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients.
In this role you will be responsible for assisting in the execution of deals, preparation of valuation reports, analysing company performance and building financial models.
You will be responsible for:
- Assisting in the preparation of valuation reports
- Assisting in the execution of deals.
- Drafting documents such as Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side engagements.
- Management of client file administration and databases.
- Drafting documents such as Information Memorandums for financing and/or sell-side engagements.
- Building financial models and undertaking analysis in Microsoft Excel.
About you:
- 1-3 years' experience in a professional services environment specialising in Corporate Advisory
- Relevant tertiary degree in Finance and/or Accounting
- A strong client service focus with a proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
- Clear communication skills both written and verbal with the ability to adapt the message to the audience
- Strong Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong analytical thinking ability with problem-solving skills
