Job Description
Reporting to the Group CFO and local Managing Director, the Financial Business Partner is responsible for the day-to-day accounting for the business, ensuring accurate and timely financial records are kept, and external statutory and legal obligations are adhered to. This role partners with the Divisional Leadership Team, Global Finance Team and E-Commerce Corporate Team providing reporting and detailed analysis of financial information for business decision making.
Conduct in-depth financial analysis to evaluate business performance, Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including monthly performance reviews, budget analysis, variance explanations, and forecasts.Develop key financial metrics and KPIs to monitor business performance and support strategic initiatives.Collaborate with department heads to develop annual budgets and long-term financial forecasts aligned with the business objectives.Monitor budget performance, analyse variances, and recommend corrective actions to ensure financial targets are met.Assist in scenario planning and sensitivity analysis to assess the impact of various business decisions on financial outcomes.Support strategic decision-making processes by providing financial modelling and investment evaluation.Partner with cross-functional teams to assess the financial implications of new initiatives, product launches, and market expansions.Contribute to the development of strategic plans and initiatives to drive revenue growth, cost optimisation, and operational efficiency.Act as a trusted advisor to departmental heads, providing financial guidance and support to facilitate decision-making.Foster effective communication and collaboration between finance and other departments to drive alignment and achieve shared goals.Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, including executives, managers, and external partners.in addition to other duties as required.....The Successful Applicant
Degree qualification in Accounting and Finance, supported by CA / CPA qualifications.Proven experience in Financial Analysis, budgeting forecasting and strategic planning.Strong reporting and analytical skill set.Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence decision making.Detail oriented with a commitment to accuracy, integrity and compliance in financial reporting.Strong time management skills.
