Home & Investment Lending Associate

Exiting new opportunity to join a Big 4 bank as a Home & Investment Lending Associate on a 12 month FTC

This role is a career pathway directly into a Home & Investment Lending Manager (after 9-12 months).

Your role is to work with the Home & Investment Lending Manager to support customers in saving for, buying and owning their own home or investment property. You will coach customers through each step of the journey.

You will be responsible for identifying appropriate products and solutions to meet your customerâs needs and ensuring lending administrative activities are completed accurately and on time.

You will also be involved in other branch activities to provide our customers with a seamless branch experience by meeting each customerâs end-to-end banking needs across transaction activities, needs-based conversations and educating on digital solutions. You will be part of a collaborative team and will act as a role model and peer coach to deliver the best possible customer experience. What will you bring?

  Youâre not expected to have 100% of these skills.
  
  You will work alongside the Manager on a daily basis, attending appointments and dealing heavily with the back office/admin support and will have the chance, over the course of the role, to submit your own lending applications before becoming a Manager and being accredited. You will need to have experience dealing with home lending applications.
  
  This is a fantastic pathway role straight into a Home & Investment Landing Manager.
