This role will work closely with project managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to design and develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions using Power Platform tools like PowerApps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Power BI.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, configure, and maintain Power Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate workflows.
  • Work with business users and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Participate in Scrum based project teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
  • Collaborate with Power Platform Administrators and Developers to identify and implement reusable components.
  • Collaborate with Integration Teams to design, test and resolve issues related to data
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power Platform solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Power Platform features and recommend innovative solutions to improve business processes.

    Necessary Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience developing custom solutions using Power Platform.
    • Strong understanding of Power Apps and Power Automate.
    • Familiar with Power Pages
    • Proficient in Power Query, Power Pivot, and DAX formulas.
    • Experience with Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a plus.
    • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure is preferred.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
