Develop your hospitality skills and embrace a unique environment as a Food & Beverage Attendant / Driver at Northern Heritage Motel (Cairns). Join the established team and receive full training and support while working with a dynamic and fun team.

The Position:

• Part time position, minimum 30 hours per fortnight.
• Provide food and beverage service while maintaining food service and preparation areas, along with basic food preparation.
• Delivering meals off site in food van
• Drive exceptional customer service to the people of the Defence force.
• Maintain company policies and food safety practices.

The Person:

• Hospitality and food handling experience beneficial.
• Open licence and comfortable to drive a company vehicle/van
• Knife handling, food safety and preparation skills are a plus.
• Highly organised and self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously
• Attention to detail, ability to work autonomously with strong organisational skills.
• Can do attitude and drive to jump into any task required including cleaning and food preparation.
