Our client is a nationwide -renowned organisation that is currently looking for a talented PM Linehaul Manager.

The Opportunity
As the Linehaul Planner some of the responsibilities required to perform but not limited to are:

  • Ensure driver hours are in compliance with the NHVR guidelines.
  • Planning for next day delivery (Vic to Qld, Qld to Vic, Vic to Naracoorte, Syd to Qld, Baiada to Parkinson, Qld to Syd, plus any backloads from each state)
  • Assist the AM Planner with chasing the loads from each state as required ensuring everyone on same page
  • Support linehaul allocators in F2020 allocations where required.
  • Documentation & Consolidation of LTL freight to be moved interstate.
  • Coordinating Interstate pickups and deliveries related to VIC within the office & customers.
  • Accepting Loads on back of house system relating to current lanes being managed.Skills & experience
    To be considered for this role you must possess the following:
    • At least 3+ years as a Linehaul Manager or similar position
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Experience working with ERP systems
    • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and make decisions promptly
    • Experience in Refrigerated Transport and managing LTL freight desirable.
    • A Team Player who sees the value in supporting all parts of the broader business
    • Experience using Freight2020, JAIX TMS desirable
    • Able to meet set deadline
    • A willingness to learn
    • Ability to commit to Monday to Friday 11:00am to 8:00PM
