The role of an Educational leader is extremely important, as you inspire, motivate, challenge and champion best practise. This centres underpinning values is that each child is unique, naturally creative, capable and masters in their own learning journey, as an Educational Leader you will harness this philosophy and work collaboratively with educators to provide a high level of education and quality care.

    • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
