About the Opportunity

The Corporate Fares Coordinator will provide support and manage the relationships between local and offshore partners.

You will be responsible for managing and coordinating the consolidation, distribution of airfare-related information and prioritising work orders from multiple stakeholders to be able to ensure we are compliant with our corporate customer agreements and their contracted content requirements.

This role involves working closely with various teams to ensure that the customer-specific content is distributed accurately, consistently, and within a timely manner to support travel bookings, and uphold customer satisfaction standards.

 

What you will be doing:

  • Collaborating with account managers, customer implementation teams and other relevant sources to gather data and content. This may involve accessing databases, distribution systems or other systems to aggregate pricing, availability, and flight-related information
  • Managing workflow, including the prioritisation of incoming fare auditing requests, and proficiently handling and organising data
  • Assisting in the delivery of the database through adding, updating and maintaining contracts
  • Conducting thorough quality checks on the collected data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant policies and procedures. Resolving any discrepancies or errors and liaising with stakeholders to address data-related issues
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders to foster collaboration, and ensure timely access to updated audits
  • Generating regular reports on audit performance
  • Work with Business Improvement Managers to assist in creating and validating processes to enhance business productivity through automation and off-shoring
  • Engaging with stakeholders to identify and communicate business risks and opportunities through championing recommendations for change and improvement

 

What you will need:

Essential

  • Minimum of 3+ years travel industry experience (Corporate Travel Management preferred)
  • Experience working with GDS systems
  • Minimum of 12 months leadership experience

Added Advantage

  • Experience in Air Distribution
  • Multi GDS knowledge
  • Experience in analysis and data analytics

 

Salary: $75 k p.a. + super + 10% incentive bonus 

Location: Role may be based in all Australian cities with FCTG HQ's
