Tropicana Minesite

ESS provides multi-service capability to major companies and organisations operating in remote sites, gold mines and coal fields. We provide vital workplace support for people working in some of the most isolated terrains in the world, from oil rigs in the North Sea to gold mines in the Australian Outback.

THE POSITION:

Team leader, Supervising the execution of the minesite operations.

Training and coordinating staff,

Assist with outdoor cleaning areas, facilities areas equipment as required,

Maintaining a positive relationship and good communications with internal stakeholders, (Residents, team members and managers)

Support back of house and able to be flexible to help other teams members

Support the chef and manager to preform admin duties and assist with training new team members.

THE PERSON

1-2 years experience working in similar team leader roles.

Strong leadership skills

Clear national police clearance less than 12 month old.

Australian drivers’ licence 

Willing to complete required company and site inductions

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Willing to complete a pre-employment medical
