Your new role
As a Business Advisor, you'll be at the forefront of client interactions. Your responsibilities will include:
Facilitating Strategic Planning Sessions: Learn how to lead and contribute to strategic planning discussions with clients.
Diverse Client Meetings: Attend a broad range of client meetings, gaining exposure to various industries and business challenges.
Management Reporting: Prepare regular management reports to help clients make informed decisions.
Workforce Planning Assistance: Collaborate with our team to optimise workforce planning strategies.
Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs and goals.
Software Applications: Utilise a wide range of software applications to streamline processes.
Training and Development: Assist in training and mentoring our highly motivated undergraduate team members.
Compliance Work: Prepare compliance-related tasks efficiently.
Regional Travel (Optional): Explore new locations if desired.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role, you should meet the following minimum standards:
CA Qualified: Hold a Chartered Accountant qualification (or near completion).Experience: Possess 3-5 years of experience in an Australian accounting firmXero Proficiency: Be proficient in using Xero accounting software.Sense of Humour: We value a positive and collaborative work environment, so a sense of humour is essential
