Your New Role:

As a Junior Account Assistant, you will report directly to the Client Relationship Executive and play a crucial role in our organisation. Your primary focus will be on providing administrative support to ensure the smooth functioning of the accounts department. This involves assisting in the preparation of financial reports, maintaining accurate records and supporting the Account Managers in delivering exceptional service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial reports and records.Support the Account Managers in building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients.Handle client enquiries and assist with order processing.Perform data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping.Assist with the on boarding of new clients and provide necessary support.Help manage the corporate sales teamâs administrative needs.Support the improvement and streamlining of sales processes and pipeline.

About You:
