Product Coordinator

We are currently looking for a Product Coordinator to join our touring product team. In this role you will support the Product Managers with the day-to-day maintenance and flow of product across various internal and external distribution channels. From checking the integrity of information across all systems and channels to behind-the-scenes quality assurance, you will keep our touring products on track for success.

In this role you'll.... 

• Prepare and maintain various product sheets for internal and external distribution to product load, sales and marketing teams 

• Coordinate marketing material including proofing website and advertising collateral 

• Maintain and analyse rates and inventory for advertised product 

• Oversee upsell tasks and ad hoc projects 

• Deliver key product information to consultants and handle troubleshoots 

• Prepare pre-departure documentation templates and guides 

• Analyse customer tour evaluation feedback for quality assurance 

• Assist with researching products and competitor offers 

• Assist with contracting and copywriting as required 

• Assist with airfare pricing and liaise with Air department for estimates as required 

Who you are... 

• You have exceptional attention to detail 

• You excel in administrative tasks and are proficient with Microsoft Excel 

• You are a clear and confident communicator with strong writing skills 

• You love working collaboratively with others 

• You are passionate to learn about all things touring 

• You are experienced with Amadeus (desirable but not essential)
