Intermediate Graphic Designer

In this role you will provide graphic design solutions that support a variety of communication initiatives across both print and digital platforms. This role involves contributing to all aspects of the marketing team, including LSM (local store marketing) collateral, campaign assets, publications, digital content, event materials, and store fitout designs.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure brand and creative standards/ guidelines are consistently met
- Assume responsibility for the development and delivery of both offline and online advertising creative (static and animated)
- Creation of digital assets including web, social, EDM, display and digital signage
- Rollout campaign material including printed collateral such as window panels, flyers, brochures, press/magazine and other marketing support material (There is potential for video animation & editing work for the right candidate)
- Work closely with the wider creative team and Global Creative and Content leader to evolve core assets and, in-turn deliver key marketing collateral, based on these templates
- Create editorial style publications and execute direct mail campaigns as required
- Create layout design and typesetting for print and press advertising
- Create finished art and post production – deliver artwork to specification as well as assume full pre-press workflow management for relevant markets
Who you are:
- 5+ years’ experience in a design role
- Experience with managing competing deadlines and ability to thrive in a fast - paced environment
- Fast and efficient with an excellent eye for detail, while maintaining high-quality outputs
- Experience with building and maintaining relationships with strong verbal and written communication skills
- High-Level Adobe skills – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, including proficiency in keyboard shortcuts
- Innovative and outside the box thinking, with the ability to develop creative concepts when required
- Good understanding of publication design with confidence in design layouts & typesetting
- Good pre-press knowledge
- Design or related qualification: Bachelor of Arts (Graphic Design)
- This role also requires the individual to be proactive and be aware of industry trends and innovations that could improve the customer's interaction with the brand
