- Minimum Five (5) years’ previous experience as a training specialist, or related position
- Degree in education, design, business, human resources, information technology, or related field
- Strong track record in analysing problems, strategising and deploying improved/timely solutions
- Demonstrated ability to confidently build multi-level relationships from Novice to Senior Leaders
- Technical fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel), instructional design platforms and tools
- Additional certification/s from talent and training associations well regarded, particularly Diploma of Business, Cert III & IV in Business
- This role may include travel depending on program needs
- Willing to work flexible hours from time-to-time in support of program delivery
- There may be periods where taking of leave is restricted in support of program delivery
