This role is responsible for executing SEO, merchandising and promotional strategies on the Flight Centre websites. You'll focus on enhancing organic traffic, lead generation and conversion rates by focusing on optimising the website experience for a user.  

 

 

Your Responsibilities: 

 

  • Support SEO, Digital Campaigns, Product, and Marketing teams in creating landing pages and content based on SEO and promotional needs
  • Develop and implement conversion rate optimisation strategies
  • Assist teams in key website marketing projects, ensuring alignment with the Flight Centre brand and legal guidelines
  • Analyse website and organic performance and communicate findings to stakeholders
  • Maintain and distribute organic, traffic and website analytics reports 
  • Produce high-quality deliverables, including strategy decks, creative briefs, and post-campaign analysis
  • Develop processes for testing ideas and improving efficiencies
  • Stay informed on competitors and technological trends for digital acquisition improvements

 

 

Who you Are:  
  • Minimum 1+ years website marketing, SEO or digital experience
  • Retail and/or wholesale travel sales experience
  • Marketing qualification(s)
  • Drupal CMS experience desired but not mandatory
