Randstad is working with a rural Christian College community in Central Queensland, seeking an experienced Senior Administrator. Your role with our client will be vital in supporting their educational mission and providing strategic management and leadership to their Emerald-based institution (10 weeks accommodation if relocating)

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee and manage various administrative functions within the college such as accounts, insurances, tax and online services.
    • Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures, and report to the board.
    • Support the Executive Principal in the management of the financial affairs of the Company
    • Collaborate with faculty and staff to support the college's Christian values and ethos.
    • Ensure the efficient operation of administrative processes, including admissions, student services, and facilities management such as purchasing goods and assets services.
    • Assist in strategic planning and budget management while supporting the accounting staff to oversee the financial operations of the Company on a day-to-day basis
    • Foster a positive and inclusive campus environment ensuring harmonious interpersonal relationships within the Company Office.
    • Coordinate and supervise staff activities, maintaining contracts in order.

      Qualifications:

      • Proven experience in senior administrative roles within an educational institution.
      • Knowledge of the Christian values or similar principles.
      • Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
      • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders.
      • Organizational and problem-solving abilities.
