Are you an Account Manager or Digital Account Manager looking for a new fully remote opportunity?

A Digital Performance Marketing Agency client of mine is looking for an account manager to join their growing team.

In this position you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong client relationships while overseeing the successful execution of digital marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for ensuring client satisfaction, project delivery, and effective communication between the agency and clients.

This is a fully remote full time position.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their goals
  • and objectives.
  • Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients through
  • regular communication and meetings.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic insights and recommendations to
  • clients.Project Management:
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., SEO, PPC, creative) to develop
    • and implement digital marketing strategies that align with client objectives.
    • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are completed
    • on schedule.
    • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for
    • optimization.
    • Quality assurance to ensure high quality work being delivered which meets
    • the brief, guidelines, task.Account Growth:
      • Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or expand existing
      • projects.
      • Work with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and
      • contribute to the agency's growth.Reporting and Analysis:
        • Generate and present regular reports to clients, highlighting campaign
        • performance and key metrics.
        • Analyze data to identify trends, challenges, and areas for improvement.Budget Management:
          • Manage client budgets effectively, ensuring that campaigns are executed
          • within budgetary constraints.
          • Provide accurate cost estimates and forecasts to clients.Communication and Collaboration:
            • Foster a collaborative working environment with internal teams to ensure
            • seamless project execution.
            • Communicate client feedback and requirements to the team for successful
            • implementation.Resource management:
              • Working alongside Project Managers, allocate resources and assign tasks to
              • team members, ensuring efficient use of skills and expertise.

                Skills and Experience

                • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
                • Proven experience in account management within a digital marketing
                • agency.
                • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
                • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
                • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
                • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
                • Experience in working remotely with a quiet dedicated work environment and
                • reliable high-speed internet.
                • Experience in using Google Suite (Docs, Analytics, Search Console etc), Slack, ClickUp, Jira, Zoom, WordPress, Figma and common SEO tools preferred.Your Next Step:
