The Firm

We are delighted to be collaborating with a prestigious and well-known, Top Tier law firm in search of a Senior Associate to join their Melbourne Real Estate Finance team.

The Role

As a proactive and self-aware team player, you’ll mentor junior colleagues and collaborate seamlessly with lawyers across the firm. You will work closely with an industry leading partner on intricate matters within the Australian real estate finance industry. You’ll engage with a diverse array of stakeholders, including institutional investors, fund managers, developers, and project financiers. Direct client exposure is a staple approach, and you’ll serve as a central resource for our clients, delivering timely, commercially astute advice while nurturing strong relationships.

In addition to your legal duties, you’ll actively participate in business development activities, contributing to pitches and cultivating strategic relationships.

Qualifications and Experience

An ideal candidate will be 5+ PQE and have a strong academic background. We’re seeking individuals with extensive experience in finance and debt investments, coupled with exemplary written and oral communication, drafting, and legal analysis skills. Your ability to grasp complex legal concepts quickly is crucial. Above all, we value your passion for finance, real estate, client service, and fostering a dynamic workplace culture.
