Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and document current payroll processes to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define requirements for the new payroll system.
  • Develop detailed business and functional specifications for the payroll system.
  • Liaise with IT and software development teams to ensure accurate implementation of system requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users during and after system implementation.
  • Monitor the system post-implementation to identify any issues and ensure smooth operation.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to management and stakeholders.Qualifications/Skills Required:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, specifically with payroll systems
    • Strong understanding of payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
    • Proficient in project management and documentation tools.
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.
