Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all project documentation, ensuring that documents are current, accurately filed, and easily accessible.
- Oversee the document lifecycle, from creation and revision to archiving and disposal.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely and efficient document distribution.
- Ensure all documentation complies with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Utilize software packaging tools to manage document formats and versions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of document control procedures and processes.
- Coordinate with procurement teams to manage documentation related to procurement processes.
- Provide support and training to team members on document control processes and tools.
- Manage and maintain document control systems, including Procure and Aconex.
- Perform regular audits of the document control system to ensure data integrity and compliance.
