If so, we have an exciting opportunity for a Product and Educational Coordinator with Flight Centre.

As the Product and Educational Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our employees are equipped with the knowledge and expertise needed to excel in their roles.

You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to identify training needs and drive effective programs. 

The role is 3 days per week part-time and based in either Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane.

 

What you will be doing:

  1. Needs Assessment and Program Development:
    • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify product training gaps and priorities
    • Deploy and drive training programs that address these gaps, either through partnership accreditation or internal resources
  2. Consultant Skill Level Monitoring:
    • Establish and manage systems to monitor the skill levels of our consultants
    • Ensure ongoing assessment and improvement of their capabilities
  3. Cost-Efficient Management:
    • Efficiently manage consultant educationals, balancing theoretical skill completion targets and experience gaps
    • Optimise resources to achieve maximum impact

 

What you will need:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in retail and/or wholesale travel
  • Strong product knowledge – Air, Hotel, Tour, Cruise, Insurance
  • Ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
